Google Calendar

Application:- Google - Calendar

Google calendar is very simple and well established calendar application. There are many integration possibilities, which make this app quite popular, even for business. You can share calendars and add features through addons from which there are hundreds. The app can be downloaded or accessed over a browser making it extremely accessible.

In my attempts to use google calendar for gamification purposes, I found it actually quite pleasant. It is a very visual experience and offers a beautiful overview of your week. If you are interested in analyzing your data you will need to find an appropriate add on like “Time Navi” for example. I still need to find the best way to actually gamify the calendar but I see a lot of potential here. – Klevinup

The Co-x3 Toolbox is a website that offers different templates to be integrated in to Notion.so. There is a free version, which I tried out and enjoyed so much that I upgraded soon after. Then a day later I upgraded again, because of its incredibly thorough approach to gamification. These notion templates are so in depth that it took me two weeks to just understand the possibilities. Habithub

Application - Habithub - Habit Tracking App

Habithub is based on Seinfeld’s productivity secret – Don’t break the chain! Every time you do a habit, your chain grows longer. Eventually you will build a very long chain. Your only job now, is to keep the chain growing. –The Habithub

This app is very specifically made to keep track of habit chains. The design is clean and easy to read, very nice design! I wish one could also add more details to your habits like keeping track of the time you did something or how much I did something, but this simplistic approach is very useful for most use cases. Having a leaderboard to invite friends would be a great addition

Notion

Application - Notion - Organize Your Work

Notion is a database management tool and has captured my heart. This application can be used in so many ways. Not only does it have a bunch of templates to choose from but you can also  integrate other apps like Miro for mindmapping. Notion is the most viable tool for having all your gamification take place in the same spot. The possibilities here are basically limitless as long as you can program it. Additionally, there are many users that share their information, templates and widgets for free. I love it and you should at least check it out.
